Rajneesh Narain, previously Director (Finance) at Northern Coalfields Limited, has been appointed Director (Finance) at IRCTC on immediate absorption basis until his superannuation in 2030. Separately, Anjana Luthra has taken charge as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Power Grid Corporation of India.

Rajneesh Narain, who was serving as Director (Finance) at Northern Coalfields Limited, has been appointed Director (Finance) at Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) on an immediate absorption basis. He will hold the post until his superannuation on June 30, 2030, bringing financial leadership continuity to one of India's most widely used public services. In a separate development, Anjana Luthra has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL). Luthra, who was previously serving as General Manager (Company Secretariat) at the Navratna PSU, steps into a key governance and regulatory compliance role at one of India's largest power transmission companies. Additionally, Venkata Subrahamanayam Vallurie has taken over as Chief Financial Officer of Power Grid Corporation. These appointments reflect the ongoing cadre rotation and leadership refresh across India's major central public sector enterprises.
